Return and Shipping policy
Returns & Restocking
Thank you for shopping at AKA Dwelling. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price will apply to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging. This fee is waived for defective items, damaged shipments, or cancellations made before items ship.
For US Returns (Orders placed after May 25, 2025)
Option 1: Prepaid Return Label
Visit the Returns link under Customer Service to request a Return Authorization and prepaid label.
Affix the label and ship your unused item in its original packaging back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less:
$10 return-label fee
15% restocking & handling fee
Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
Notes:
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged items caused in transit are exempt from the restocking fee.
Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Option 2: Customer-Arranged Return Shipping
Ship your unused, original-packaged item back via the carrier of your choice.
Include your order number inside the package.

Once received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price, less:
$10 handling fee
15% restocking & processing fee
less Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
Notes:
COD or freight-collect shipments will be refused.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Used or damaged items (not due to carrier) will be returned at your expense.
International Exchanges & Returns
Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
We refund the purchase price only (excluding shipping), less 15% restocking & handling fee once items arrive and pass inspection.
Exchanges ship once your original return is received.
